Having wanted to learn Spanish for many years, I contacted Le Tutor language services. Aaron has worked with me helping to identify my learning style to aid in the proper fit for an instructor. Her knowledge of language and ability to relate to me professionally and personally is deeply appreciated. Terms and Conditions
Refunds: Refunds for lessons are only offered during the first 14 days of a language training program. Due to the labor intensive nature of teaching foreign languages instructors must due a significant amount of preparation for each course. For this reason we are unable to offer a full refund for classes already completed or any refund for packages beyond the 14 day refund period.
Cancellations: Requests to cancel or reschedule a scheduled teaching appointment must be done 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled or the lesson will be charged to the customers account as a completed lesson.
Free Lessons: If you have purchased a lesson package that includes a free bonus lesson payment for the full package must be received within 14 days of the first lesson or the customer will forfeit their free bonus lesson.
Minimum Meeting Time: Le Tutor's minimum meeting time is 2 hours in order to maximize the student and teachers effectiveness. If lessons need to be cut short the full lesson will be billed unless it is beyond the control of the student.
Payment: Payment for all lessons, after the first introductory lesson, must be received prior to starting. Le Tutor can receive payment via cash, check, money order, bank transfer or credit card.
